Which personal data do we collect and why?
We collect personal data that is necessary to be able to provide our services and also to improve the user experience of our website visitors. We never share personal data with third parties to be able to use it for commercial purposes.
The privacy policy described here applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Puzzlecube.eu. The conditions are valid from 01/12/2019. All previous versions expire by publishing the current privacy policy.

Web store software
To facilitate the ordering process for our visitors, we use a Woocommerce-based webshop. The data is stored on our own hosting and is not shared with third parties. The site is secured by means of SSL encryption. For each step of the process, an assessment was made of what data is necessary. Other data is not requested or is not required, so that a minimum of personnel data is stored.

Web hosting and e-mail
The hosting for the site is purchased from Combell. They process all data entered on our website, but do not use anything for their own purposes. All data hosted at Combell can be accessed and deleted by us.
We use Office 365 from Microsoft to handle our mail. This is an external party with whom we have an agreement to ensure that your personal information is secure.
Logistics
Orders are delivered via DHL. For this we are forced to share name, address and city details with DHL. DHL uses this information only for the performance of the agreement.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the post ID or the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Accountancy
All data for invoicing and order processing is processed via local software and is not shared with third parties.
What is the purpose of data processing?
General purpose of the processing
We only use data for the benefit of our services in order to process the order that you have given us. Your data is not used for targeted marketing. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for mandatory accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all held to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
We do not collect automatic data via third parties such as Google or Facebook. We only collect the data collected by Woocommerce as standard, which is necessary for order processing.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations

Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we do not actively remove orders and data from our records, unless you request this. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your personal data for as long as the applicable period expires. Employees no longer have access to your customer profile after a forget request and documents will no longer be linked to your personal data.
What are your rights?
