The production time of the Puzzlecube Original is aprox 8 workingdays after order confirmation and aproval of the artwork. The order will be shipped after production. Shipping also takes a few days. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us at +31 315 2000 15. Update 02-09-2020: Due to extension of our machinery, we are now able to produce the Puzzlecubes within 5 production days only for quantities below 500 pcs. 2-4 days also possible after consultation.

All of our orders are shipped using DHL as our transportation partner.

The transportation time is how long it takes to ship from our location to the different countries. For every country there is a different transportation time. For the transportation time for your country see the table below:

We use a full-colour UV printer to print directly on the Puzzlecube. Contrary to a lot of different suppliers we do not use any stickers.

– Minimal resolution: 709×709 px
– Maximum file size per image: 5mb
– Image format: 60x60mm, including 1,5mm bleed on both sides
– All images must be uploaded in a single zip/rar file
